RE: Lotus Traveler--can't download bootstrap file on Windows Mobile

Some phones are not able to download unknown file types due to the security policy on the device. One of the easiest ways around this with Windows Mobile is to simply download to your laptop or desktop computer then transfer to the device using ActiveSync cable connection or someother transfer mechanism such as IR or Bluetooth.
